Crane assembling-dismantling is a very critical and hazards activity. There is higher possibilities of accident and injury during crane assembling-dismantling. 

For crane assembling-dismantling competent persons & supervision is most important, crane assembling-dismantling is not much different then erection of a critical heavy equipment at work site.

Before crane assembling-dismantling make sure: -

1. Work permit have received.
2. Lifting plan is prepared
3. Tool Box Talk have contacted
4. Persons are competent
5. Lift tools/equipment are inspected and TPI certified
6. There is proper supervision
7. Road blockage permit have received if required.
8. Area is barricade and sign board provided
9. Proper communication between riggers and crane operator
10. Have approved Crane assembling-dismantling JSA
11. JSA for crane assembling-dismantling have shared with all team
