    Suppose in a company Total Hours worked by employees in one year is 10000 hours, then "Safe Man Hours" for the company will be 10000 hours.

    If any accident happens in company then "Safe Man Hours" will be Zero, suppose in one year of period "Total Hours worked" is 10000 hours, but in same year one accident happens then "Safe Man Hours" will become zero, after the accident "Safe Man Hours" will be calculated from Zero.
