How to write monthly safety report?

Monthly safety report is one of the most important safety documents which shows safety performance of a contractor or company. Monthly safety reports include all monthly safety data, at the end of every month contractors have to submit his monthly safety report to the client, by monthly safety report we can evaluate the safety performance of a contractors.

Monthly Safety Report सबसे महत्वपूर्ण सुरक्षा दस्तावेजों में से एक है जो एक ठेकेदार या कंपनी के सुरक्षा प्रदर्शन को दर्शाता है। Monthly Safety Report में सभी मासिक सुरक्षा डेटा शामिल हैं, हर महीने के अंत में ठेकेदारों को अपनी Monthly Safety Report क्लाइंट को जमा करनी होती है, मासिक सुरक्षा रिपोर्ट द्वारा हम ठेकेदारों के सुरक्षा प्रदर्शन का मूल्यांकन कर सकते हैं।

  4. SAFETY  VIOLATION DETAILS
  5. CONTRACTOR SAFETY AUDIT RECOMMENDATIONS

Monthly Safety Report format 

SAFETY STATISTICS in Monthly Safety Report

1. Average no of manpower = Total no of manpower in a month/Total no of days.

Suppose total number of manpower in a month of a company is 900, then average of manpower will be 

900/30 = 30.

2. Total manhours worked = Total no of manpower in a month*working hours in a day.

Suppose total number of manpower in a month of a company is 900 and every worker work 9 hours in a day, then total manhours worked will be-

900*9 = 8100 hours.

3. Number of Lost Time Accidents (LTA) = Due to accident if a worker is unable to resume his work at worksite within 48 hours then the accident will be considered at LTA.

4. Man days lost due to accident

5. No of Medical treatment cases

6. No of First aid cases.

7. No of Near-miss incidents

8. No of Fire incidents

9. Safe man hours - Total numbers of working hours without LTA

10. Frequency rate = Total no of LTA*1000000/Man hours worked

11. Severity Rate = Total man days lost*1000000/man hours worked
