Key Responsibilities of Safety Officer:
Ensure Safety Compliance: Carry out and administer safety practices and policies on the job site as per the legislation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other Military obligations.
Risk Assessments: Carrying out regular safety assessment, surveillance, safety inspections, hazards identification and risk evaluation and analysis to mitigate the risk of accidents and injuries.
Incident Reporting: Observe work practices and inform of any infractions regarding safe working conditions or practices and report in efficacies and their corrections, if any.
Training: Coordinate and impart Safety training and awareness programs with a view of ensuring that all workers are acquainted with the project safety procedures.
Response to emergencies: Prepare in advance by having established emergency plans and perform regular emergency preparedness drills which will make the organization adequately fit to handle emergencies.
