Required Qualification: Must have a Postgraduate Diploma in Safety or Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
Essential Skills:
Knowledge in OHSAS, fire safety, drug safety, OSHA, health and process safety, policy and industrial safety development, EHS, safety training, environmental concerns, GFR, safety and HSE management, GPCB, hazard identification, air pollution control.
Job Role:
- EHS Leadership: Lead the EHS management initiatives with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Audit Oversight: Manage both internal and external EHS-related audits.
- Legal and Environmental Compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental laws, manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste, and uphold the Environment Management System standards.
- Safety Culture Promotion: Foster a culture of safety within factory operations across all locations, implement 5S, ETP, STP, waste management, and manage PPE.
- Regulatory Affairs: Manage the renewal of all relevant environmental consents, prepare and submit statutory forms/returns, ensuring EHS compliance.
- Incident Management: Conduct accident/incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement both proactive and corrective measures to prevent recurrences.

Position Specifications:
Educational Requirements:
- Must hold an MS/M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or Environmental Science.
- B.Tech/B.E degrees in Environmental, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering are preferred.
- B.Sc degree holders in Chemistry or Physics are also eligible.
